  • Perform end-of-life testing and calibration to confirm product is to OE specification
  • Meet production deadlines, whilst still maintaining the highest quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records including job cards, test results and quality documentation
  • Adhere to all company procedures, such as health and safety, quality control and operating instructions
  • Maintain a clean, organised and efficient workspace
  • Drive continuous improvements in processes and workshop efficiency

What you’ll bring to this role:

  • Hands-on experience as a diesel technician or engineer
  • Solid understanding of all diesel fuel injection technologies: common rail, EUI, rotary, inline
  • Good knowledge of Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Continental and Stanadyne systems
  • Skilled in using specialist test equipment and diagnostic tool
  • Ability to read and interpret diagnostic and test data
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively and meet targets on time
  • Excellent communication skills including writing and speaking
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well individually and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of QHSE legislation
  • Above all else, a good working attitude

What’s in it for you:

  • Competitive salary
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Life cover at 3 times base salary
  • Pension with employer contributions at 5% after 12 months
  • On-the-job training and career development
  • Access to wellbeing support
  • Paid leave for reservists
  • Relocation support if required
