As well as gaining valuable hands-on experience, working in core areas of our business, you’ll be supported every step of the way by your line manager and mentor. Together, they’ll help you develop the vocational and personal skills you need to master your profession.
You’ll also be able to gain valuable qualifications; from the equivalent of 5 GCSE passes through to an undergraduate degree. And we’ll support you to achieve this by funding your course and giving you paid time off for any college days.
