Our fully equipped commercial vehicle workshop in Coventry, is approved by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency, DVSA, to install, repair and calibrate a wide range of analogue and digital tachographs for all makes of vehicles.

We’re also approved by VDO/Continental and Stonebridge. As an authorised partner workshop, we’ve invested in the OE product, tools and training to be able to install and maintain their wide range of tachographs, to their exacting standards, quickly and affordably.

Tachograph conversion

From 2006 all new commercial vehicles are fitted with a digital tachograph.

If you still have one of the older, analogue tachographs, our trained technicians can convert it to digital, bringing you in line with current legislation, and helping keep you and your fleet safe.

Customised solutions

Although light commercial vehicles under 3.5t won’t ordinarily require a tachograph, the addition of a trailer could exceed the weight threshold.

So we also offer a retrofit service for the installation of digital tachographs to SUVs, vans, pick-ups, mini buses and more.

Upgrade To Drive Cross Border

Under EU Mobility Package I, new working, social and traffic regulations recently came into play. To meet these standards, all analogue or digital (Gen1) tachographs must be converted to a 2nd-version smart tachograph (Gen2) by 31 December 2024 to drive cross border. We offer a full retrofit service to comply with this, and future changes.
